Terms and conditions

  1. Introduction
    By entering the Mitsubishi Win a Service Plan Promotion (“the Promotion “), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is organised by Mitsubishi Motors UK, hereafter referred to as “Mitsubishi.”
  2. Eligibility
  • This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Mitsubishi, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or any associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  1. Entry Period
  • The Promotion will run from 1st April to 30th September (“the Promotion Period”).
  1. How to Enter
  • To enter the Promotion, participants must purchase a Mitsubishi Service Plan (“Service Plan”) either directly via Mitsubishi Service Plan or through an authorised Mitsubishi dealer offering service plans provided by EMaC during the Promotion Period.
  • Only Service Plans purchased during the Promotion Period are eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
  • Service Plans purchased through other means or after 30th September will not qualify for entry.
  1. The Prize
  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will receive one (1) Service Plan, which will be provided to the winner at no cost. The details of the Service Plan will be determined by Mitsubishi and may vary based on the winner’s vehicle model and age.
  1. Prize Draw and Winner Selection
  • The winner will be selected randomly within 14 days after the closing date (30th September).
  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Mitsubishi reserves the right to select an alternative winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to respond within the time-period stated.
  1. General Conditions
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash equivalent.
  • Mitsubishi reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • The winner may be asked to provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim the prize.

 

  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data will be used in accordance with Mitsubishi’s privacy policy, which can be found on the Mitsubishi website.
  • By entering the Promotion, you consent to Mitsubishi collecting and processing your personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
  1. Liability
  • Mitsubishi will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the Promotion or the use of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Mitsubishi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts fraudulently.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Mitsubishi will not be responsible for any failure to fulfil its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • By entering the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be determined by the appointment of a single independent arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator.
