Fixed Flange Ball Towbar

A popular, cost-effective choice in the UK for serious towing. The 50mm towball bolts to a two- or four-hole plate (depending on vehicle), allowing the use of a 25mm spacer for accessories like cycle carriers.

Detachable Swan Neck Towbar

Slim and stylish, this European-style towbar features a removable design. On models like the ASX and Outlander, it’s almost invisible when detached. Compatible cycle carriers are also available.

Towbar Wiring

Our towbars come with a full range of wiring options, each designed to work seamlessly with Mitsubishi’s advanced electrical systems. This ensures safe power delivery without overloading your vehicle’s circuits.

Avoid using “universal” wiring, as it isn’t tailored to your vehicle’s specifications. Modern vehicles have complex electronics, so always choose the correct Mitsubishi-approved wiring kit to prevent potential damage.

Single 7-Pin Electrics

The most common and affordable towbar connector in the UK, suitable for most towing needs. It operates all rear lights except reversing and fog lamps, and may not be compatible with caravans built after September 2008.

Twin 7-Pin Electrics Kit

Used alongside a single 7-pin kit, this connector provides switched and permanent 12-volt power for caravans, horse boxes, or tipper trailers. It also includes an additional earth and reverse light connection — ideal for charging a caravan battery and powering the fridge while on the move.

Single 13-Pin Electrics

Caravans built after September 2008 typically require a 13-pin socket. It combines all the functions of twin 7-pin electrics with a watertight, twist-lock design for secure connection — now the European standard.

For Series 5 L200 models, a basic 13-pin kit is available for essentials like reverse lights, with an optional upgrade kit for full power functions such as fridges and auxiliary equipment.
