MITSUBISHI MOTORS IN THE UK EXPANDS SALES PARTNER DEALER NETWORK

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has appointed a further 24 sales partner dealers, bringing the total number of full dealer locations to 58. Together with the existing aftersales network there are now 117 Mitsubishi outlets in the UK.

“We are delighted to confirm the appointment of 24 new sales partner dealers,” said Toby Marshall, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Motors in the UK. “Our sales representation continues to build in line with our development strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key UK regions. We have established our new sales representation at pace during the first half of this year, with an incredibly enthusiastic response from our new retail partners as well as customers.  We have also welcomed the market introduction of the all-new L200 Series 7 pickup and new Outlander PHEV, with both models receiving an extremely positive reception.”

New sales partner appointments include long-standing franchise holders Magna Motors in Dorchester and Poole, Westaway in Northampton and Livingstone Motors in Hull, all dealerships that operated existing Mitsubishi aftersales operations.  Dealers including KT Green in Leeds, York Van Centre and Oliver Landpower in Buckinghamshire are new to the brand and will establish both sales and aftersales facilities.

“We’ve proudly represented Mitsubishi Motors in Herefordshire for over 15 years, and the brand is deeply embedded in our local community,” said Samantha Davies, Director of Hereford Motor Group. “In a region like ours, reliable 4×4 performance, towing capability and practical efficiency are essential for daily life and work. Our customers are delighted to see the brand expanding its sales network, and the early interest in the new model line-up has been incredible. Mitsubishi Motors holds a special reputation and as a family-owned business, we are excited for this next chapter.”

“Having represented Mitsubishi Motors in the UK since 2004 we remained as an aftersales dealer with demand for Mitsubishi vehicles staying strong, including used models,” said Neal Gibson, Managing Director at Tees Valley Mitsubishi. “We have had many conversations with customers about new models arriving. That day is here and sales so far are extremely encouraging, proving there are many customers out there loyal to the Mitsubishi brand.”

“We’re extremely pleased to establish a new sales showroom at our location in Cirencester, which of course is the traditional home of Mitsubishi Motors in the UK,” said Andy Robbins, Director of Baylis. “Mitsubishi Motors is a strong brand with a significant car parc in this region, and both Baylis and Mitsubishi enthusiasts are delighted to see sales and aftersales activities united once more.”
