What is MOT Protection?
MOT Protection helps take the stress out of test day by covering up to £750 of repair costs if your vehicle fails its MOT — all for just £10.
Repairs are carried out by Mitsubishi-trained technicians using genuine parts. Coverage includes key areas like lights, brakes, steering, seatbelts, and general items such as mirrors and wipers.
To qualify, your MOT must be at least three months away and carried out at an authorised Mitsubishi dealership, with servicing kept up to date.

Enjoy added peace of mind with FREE MOT Protection
From 1 August 2026 to 31 October 2026, when you have a qualifying service carried out at a participating Mitsubishi Authorised Repairer, you will receive FREE MOT Protection, providing up to £750 towards eligible MOT failure repairs.
It’s our way of giving you even more reassurance when you choose to maintain your vehicle with Mitsubishi.
Who is eligible?
The offer is available to retail customers who:
- Have a vehicle between 3 and 10 years old at the time of their qualifying service
- Complete a qualifying service at a participating Mitsubishi Authorised Repairer
- Have their qualifying service completed between 1 August and 31 October 2026
*The offer is not available to fleet, lease, business or commercial customers.
How will I receive my policy details?
Once you have completed your qualifying service, your MOT Protection will be activated and you will receive your policy information digitally.
You will receive:
- Confirmation of your MOT Protection entitlement
- Your policy documentation
- Details of what is covered and any exclusions
- Information on how to make a claim
- Future reminders where applicable
