It is essential that, as soon as your vehicle is returned to the road, the safety recall is completed at your nearest Mitsubishi Service Centre.

No matter which insurer you use, Mitsubishi First smooths your progress through an insurance claim, handling everything on your behalf – no hassle, no claim forms, no running about and absolutely no cost to you.

Do I get breakdown assistance with my car's warranty?
All new Mitsubishi Motors vehicles are provided with a 3 year breakdown assistance package known as the Mitsubishi Assistance Package (MAP).  This pan-European assistance programme provides vehicle recovery in the event of a breakdown. It’s comforting to know that if the unexpected does happen, help is always at hand, even if you put in the wrong fuel. Just call 0800 587 9833 for assistance.

My Home & Roadside Assistance cover is ending - can I extend it?
Yes – MAP+ is available for all Mitsubishi vehicles up to 15 years old with the exact same high level of cover as the MAP programme.

How do I find out my vehicle's service interval?
Service intervals can be found in your vehicle’s service booklet. In most cases, the service interval will be every 12 months or 12,500 miles (whichever occurs first). If you have any further questions please consult with your nearest Mitsubishi Service Centre.

My service is due but I am unable to get to the dealership on time, do you offer a tolerance?

Yes – we offer a 1,000 mile/1 month tolerance.

Do Mitsubishi offer MOT Tests?
Most Mitsubishi Service Centres will be able to MOT your vehicle. Please contact them for further information.

What’s more we can also provide MOT Protection to put your mind at rest by covering up to £750 of MOT repairs. Available to purchase up to 3 months before the MOT Test is due. It’s really easy to set up as everything is online and costs just £10 for full peace of mind.

How long is the New Car Warranty?
All new Mitsubishi vehicles are provided with a comprehensive 5 year/62,500 mile warranty (whichever occurs first) and a 12 year anti-corrosion perforation warranty.

My New Car Warranty is nearing the 62,500 mile limit can I extend this?
Don’t worry, our Mileage Extension Warranty will increase the Mitsubishi manufacturer’s warranty mileage limit from 62,500 miles to 125,000 miles within the first 5 years from vehicle registration, whilst keeping the same high level of New Car Warranty cover.  What’s more, it’s really easy to set up as everything is online.
