With the Ultrasonic Misacceleration Mitigation System when you’re stationary or moving slower than 6mph, this technology helps prevent an accident if you mistakenly push the accelerator pedal — reducing the likelihood of low-speed impacts while you’re parking or in heavy traffic.

This system detects vehicles in your blind spot and alerts you with an indicator in your side mirrors, helping to reduce the likelihood of accidents while you’re passing other cars – or when you’re being passed.
